Return Policies

    The customer has the right to return within 7 working days from the arrival of the shipment to him.

      It is not accepted to return or return outside or without the outer cover.

    The return process takes between 7 to 14 working days.

    The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of a refund and the value is (28).

    Return costs in an expired or an expired case.

    It is required that the item to be returned is in the same condition when purchased, unused and in its original return envelope.

    When a return is requested regarding the shipping cost (28) riyals inclusive of value tax from the amount of the customer’s invoice amount, the amounts will be refunded to the regular customer upon payment.



    How to complete the return process to MOBCO:
